When things started picking back up again after the storm, Jessica got my issues escalated and expedited! Not only was she able to get my issues resolved, but she was able to get me retroactive credit for overpayments I had made stemming 3 months! AND one of her staff members (unfortunately I can’t remember his name but I’d like to give credit and gratitude where it’s due) called me just after the storm to make sure everything was ok… Excellent AGENT!!!
